Christopha Knee B.Sc, M.Chiro
Chris completed his Bachelor of Science and Masters of Chiropractic at Macquarie University in Sydney Australia. Chris has a keen sporting interest having played and participated in representative soccer, tennis, surfing and athletics. Chris’s core clinical goal is simple: Help people back to pain free function as quickly as possible using evidence based chiropractic methods, muscle therapy and exercise prescription.
Chris has special interest in injuries such as shoulder impingement syndrome, rotator cuff tear,running injuries, and acute & chronic neck pain. Chris is currently training for The Sun-Herald city2surf this August, as well as the Bondi to Bronte ocean swim in December.

Toby Hudson B.ScExSp, M.Chiro
Toby completed his Bachelor of Exercise & Sport Science at the University of Sydney and his Masters of Chiropractic at Macquarie University. “Practice what you preach” is what Toby stands for having completed 7 Ironman triathlon events, 14 marathons and over 10 half marathons. This keen interest in adventure and sport has taken him all over the world to climb Mt Kilimanjaro, Mt Fuji and to trek the Kokoda Track.
Toby has special interest in running knee pain, patellofemoral pain syndrome, as well as low back strengthening exercises. Toby is currently training for the Sydney Running Festival marathon in September, as well the Auckland marathon in October.
